I’m drinking Coca Cola (regular) and it’s past 8pm. I just had a handful of Jelly Tots (purchased at Vimal Supermarket, Belombre) as well. I’m on a sugar high and my world feels complete for the few minutes when I’m downing a Coke. I’m having a “pass” day from intermittent fasting, and I’ve also surpassed a thousand calories of consumption. I don’t do this every day, I’ll surpass a thousand calories once or twice a week. I also skip intermittent fasting on some days. I’m currently 48.xKgs.

I struggle so much with drinking fluids, I don’t understand why. Coca Cola is the only drink I have absolutely no problem with, I could and I would drink an entire litre of it if it wasn’t so high in calories. I downloaded an app called “Water Tracker”, here’s how much I’ve been drinking since Sunday:

  • Sunday: tea (250ml), soybean milk (200ml)
  • Monday: soda (325ml), soda (325ml)
  • Tuesday: soybean milk (200ml), soda (300ml)
  • Today: soybean milk (200ml), soda (320ml)

I just realized that I forgot to add the smoothie that I had a few days ago. I downloaded the app to encourage me to drink more but for some reason I haven’t been paying much attention to the notifications. I think the best way to proceed would be to keep a bottle of water at my desk so that whenever the notification pops up, I actually have water within reach, and even a sip is better than nothing.

The other day I had a baguette, and since yesterday I’ve been eating paratha with vegan “meat”. It’s absolutely delicious, but I don’t know if I don’t find it filling enough or if it’s too appetizing, and this is a problem. I also ate 3 whole kiwis today. I bought a pack of 6 at STC Hypermarket for SCR 43 (US$ 3) which is quite cheap for imported fruits.

I will not be eating paratha for the next few days. I’ll go back to my vegetables and pasta sauce combo. I don’t even know what to eat anymore. I’ll also need to go to the pharmacy to replenish vitamin gummies. I think they’re meant to be for children, lol but the ones I take tastes so good that I am guaranteed not too miss a dose. It’s better than nothing! Because I struggle with drinking fluids so much, I automatically struggle with taking pills that has to be taken with water. So I tend to choose the supplements that are chewable. I will then struggle to be consistent if they taste bad. So gummies are great.

I’m getting to the point of being tired of vaping. There is a habit there that I will need to break by phasing this out. The Cool Mint version makes my teeth prone to sensitivity, which is uncomfortable. The Watermelon Bubble Gum one never made my teeth sensitive.
